Schedule

Monday – Friday: 
  • CrossFit Classes: 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 9 a.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 7 p.m.
    • Noon class offered only Monday, Wednesday and Fridays
    • Exception – no 7 p.m. class on Fridays
  • Open Gym: Limited slots available during regular classes, sign up on App
  • Childcare: Currently on hold due to Covid restrictions. We will notify you when childcare returns. 
Saturday – Sunday:
  • Saturday Schedule: CrossFit Classes at 8 & 9:00 a.m., open gym 10-11 a.m.
  • Sunday Schedule: Open Gym 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Signing Up for Classes 101:
  • You must sign up for the class at least one hour before in our Triib app
  • CrossFit classes have a Level 1 or 2 Certified CrossFit coach instructing  
  • Open gym is “free time” to practice skills or make up a workout 
  • Class schedules are subject to change due to holidays or inclement weather 
  • If you are NEW to CrossFit and want to participate in our On-Ramp 1:1 beginners course, then please email us at m4gcrossfit@gmail.com
