Schedule

Monday – Friday: 
  • CrossFit Classes: 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 9 a.m.,12 p.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 7 p.m.
    • Exception – no 7 p.m. class on Fridays
  • Open Gym: Limited slots available during regular classes, sign up on App
  • Childcare: Offered, with a fee, every day 4, 5 and 6 p.m., plus 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays (you must sign up in the Xplor Triib App by 9 a.m. the day of when you need childcare)
Saturday – Sunday:
  • Saturday Schedule: 7:30 a.m. Aerobic Capacity (additional fee, click here), CrossFit Classes at 8:30 & 9:30 a.m., open gym 10:30 a.m. 
  • Sunday Schedule: Open Gym 9 a.m. – 11 a.m., 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Olympic Lifting Class (additional fee, click here).

Signing Up for Classes 101:
  • You must sign up for the class at least one hour before in our Xplor Triib app
  • CrossFit classes have a Level 1 or 2 Certified CrossFit coach instructing  
  • Open gym is “free time” to practice skills or make up a workout 
  • Class schedules are subject to change due to holidays or inclement weather 
  • If you are NEW to CrossFit and want to participate in our On-Ramp 1:1 beginners course, then please email us at m4gcrossfit@gmail.com
