Monday – Friday:
- CrossFit Classes: 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 9 a.m., 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 7 p.m.
- Noon class offered only Monday, Wednesday and Fridays
- Exception – no 7 p.m. class on Fridays
- Open Gym: Limited slots available during regular classes, sign up on App
- Childcare: Offered, with a fee, every day 5 and 6 p.m., plus 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays (you must sign up in the Tribe App by 9 a.m. the day of when you need childcare)
- CrossFit Kids: Tuesday and Thursdays at 10:15 a.m. – 11 a.m. (click here to register your kid, ages 5 – 13)
Saturday – Sunday:
- Saturday Schedule: 7:30 a.m. Aerobic Capacity (additional fee, click here), CrossFit Classes at 8:30 & 9:30 a.m., open gym 10:30 a.m.
- Sunday Schedule: Open Gym 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. Olympic Lifting Class (additional fee, click here).

Signing Up for Classes 101:
- You must sign up for the class at least one hour before in our Triib app
- CrossFit classes have a Level 1 or 2 Certified CrossFit coach instructing
- Open gym is “free time” to practice skills or make up a workout
- Class schedules are subject to change due to holidays or inclement weather
